"My
muscles were so tight and sore I couldn't train anymore. Even
sitting still was painful. Neil's trigger point massage was
100% effective allowing me to return training and competing"

Evidence
based coaching
Over
the past 20 years exercise research has proven many of our
traditional training methods are simply unfounded getting
results by mistake and luck rather than by design. It's common
to see athletes make world class gains on about one third
to half the training volume that was done traditionally using
evidence based coaching. With evidence based coaching the
only exercise advice a person receives is that which can be
factually proven through simple but accurate testing and assessment.
"Junk
training"
Doing
aerobic classes? Random exercise like common boot camps or
any group exercise class will get you a degree of result simply
because you're exercising. But how much of each class is actually
providing the consistent improvement you should be getting?
Turns out not much. This kind of exercise is called junk training
because only a small portion of the effort you put in causes
a result. This is because the intensity and duration of exercise
is not tailored to you. What if you could cut out the exercise
that does nothing for you, or even harms you, and replace
it with only the most effective exercise?
You'll
get results that we're beyond your expectations.
Researchers
are constantly comparing exercise methods to see which ones
are the most effective. Did you know if you exercise too hard
too soon you'll overwork yourself and risk injury? There is
a body of scientific evidence that shows us how much we need
to do to benefit the most while also reducing risks of overdoing
it.
Evidence
based coaching employs exercise methods that have been proven
through research to be the most effective, and I've been keeping
up with this research for over 20 years; I've also participated
as both a researcher and a research subject.
