Get results The most popular claims out there involve big promises and claims of novel dieting or training programs. Practicing good nutrition and well planned, well executed training doesn't sound as exciting or as promising as a super metabolism booster, or the latest suposed performance enhancing supplement. I don't make any such claims because they simply can't be true. The fancy claims sell, but ask yourself, do you really want to be sold on the latest promise, or do you finally want to do something that really works? What I can tell you is that in my experience of using tried and true, research proven training, I get results, and I usually get better results with less training than the typical "go hard or go home"ideology. Injury avoidance, long term gains, and living healthy by far outperform hyped up short term programs that promise to blast fat away or build pounds of muscle in unrealistically short periods. When you're ready to make real changes towards living healthy and gaining perforamnce or loseing fat, I'll take you there. |
